What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience we offer credit card payments, Â PayPal pay in 4 and Afterpay.
How do I find out my ring size?
A ring sizer will be added to your kit along with instructions and everything you need for a seamless process.
What’s the best way to take care of my keepsake jewellery?
Resin Gemstones are like precious pearls and when they also contain your loved ones DNA (or your breastmilk) its paramount you take extra special care of your keepsake.
Limit exposure to heat, sunlight, moisture, and avoid all chemicals. Keep out of reach of children.
Keepsakes must be removed before performing physical activities like sports, gym, lawn mowing, heavy lifting, using machinery and before entering saunas. Also be mindful to remove before washing your hands, washing the dishes, applying lotion/sanitiser, showering, sleeping, swimming, when using cleaning products, and should be the last item you put on before you walk out the door.

Inspect regularly and polish with a soft cloth if needed. To put it into perspective, genuine diamonds and claw settings that are very high in price and quality from the jeweler can also be damaged if not looked after correctly, resin gemstones also need genuine love and care for longevity.
Do you offer refunds or change of mind?
Due to the additives and unique nature of these precious items when you purchase from our keepsake or fun collection range you are acknowledging and agreeing to our no return or refunds policy. When ordering a keepsake you will receive updates and photos of your piece/s throughout the process to be certain you are happy with your items. Please provide us with as much detail as possible in relation to colours or finishes so we can do our absolute best to produce your desired result. For any manufacturing issues we are happy to discuss via email resinfeltrose@gmail.com

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Keepsake- All of our orders are shipped and tracked with Australia Post, in the unlikely event your inclusions do not reach me or your finished item does not reach you I will do everything in my power to resolve the issue. All shipping charges are included in your package price.
Keepsakes can be expected to be completed within 12-14 weeks from purchased date. Breastmilk soaps approx 6 weeks from ordering. If you have purchased a keepsake and breastmilk soaps they will be sent together once the keepsake has been finalised. If delays occur, you will be contacted.

Fun Collection- Pre-order items are created & shipped within 2-3 weeks standard shipping varies between 7-10 days with Aus Post.
Im concerned about sending my inclusions, what if they get lost in transit?
How much of the ashes/hair/fur/breastmilk will I need to send?
Here at ResinFelt & rose we understand this concern, to ease your mind we only ask for a maximum of 1/4 teaspoon of ashes, a few locks of hair/fur , 10ml of breastmilk for a keepsake and up to 100ml of breastmilk for our soaps.
Any unused inclusions will be returned to you with your finished keepsake.Â
We supply a pre paid Australia Post tracking label with every kit. If there is an unlikely lost parcel I will do everything in my power to resolve the issue, however please understand we cannot take liability for circumstances out of our control. To help prevent this issue please ensure your details are correct before submitting your order and notify us immediately of any address changes.
Do I send my breastmilk fresh or frozen?
Because the breastmilk inclusion you provide for your soap or keepsake will not be consumed, it is best to send your breastmilk that is fresh or thawed to prevent excess moisture. Breastmilk as you know, has amazing properties and if the breastmilk is spoiled during transit it will not effect the outcome.

For keepsakes your breastmilk is taken through a special preservation process turning your milk into fine powder for longevity.

Soaps are made locally in Broken Hill by Alision Jones at Eco Market - Community markets, Alison prides herself in making eco friendly products. We have collaborated to bring you this amazing service that has gained incredible feedback and results.
Will there be any extra charges for my keepsake?
In short, no, never. Once you have chosen your keepsake and your payment is made you are not required to pay any extra to complete this service. The setting/service you have chosen includes all shipping charges, colours etc for a seamless no hassle, fuss free service.
Will I receive a photo of my Keepsake resin stone before it is permanently set into my chosen setting?
Yes, absolutely. Once I have completed your stone, I will send a photo to your supplied mobile number and I will wait for confirmation before applying it permanently into your setting to ensure your happy before moving forward. If I do not receive your reply within 24 hours I will proceed in completing your item to comply with time restraints. if you reply within 24 hours and In the unlikely event your unhappy with your stone I am able to supply a once of remake of the stone before it is permanently set into your chosen setting. . Please provide as much detail as possible for your order to ensure you are satisfied with your finished item.
Can I make changes to my order?
Here at ResinFelt & rose we take action promptly, If a mistake has been made at checkout for your setting, I can accept changes within a 24 hour period of your order being placed. After this time your choices are securely locked in and no changes can be made. Your setting will be ordered promptly to avoid disappointment in any time delays.
What if my ring dosent fit?
Please ensure you measure your finger size with the ring sizer provided to you as per the instructions that will be sent to you with your kit. It's very important that you measure correctly as refunds/returns are unfortunately not permitted for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
What happens to any unused inclusions iv sent in?
Any unused Ashes, Hair, Fur will be returned to you with your completed keepsake. Any unused liquid breastmilk will be discarded due to lack of nutrients and consumable nature. Breastmilk that has been preserved and unused will remain in my studio for 6 months and you will be contacted before it is discarded of.
What is difference in metals types?
Here at ResinFelt & rose we provide a range of settings for a range of budgets.

>Brass settings are a affordable option however they can be prone to tarnishing. They are a beautiful choice for the conservative client looking to signify a loved one or journey. (C grade standard)
>Sterling Silver and Rose Gold plated are middle priced range option, Its a step up from brass and can be prone to tarnish over time and if not cared for correctly (B Grade setting)
>18K Gold settings are advised for the most suitable setting to potentially last for generations to come, without tarnishing. (A grade setting)

Breastmilk Soap

Breastmilk soaps are made locally (Broken Hill) by Alison Jones- Alison is the owner of Eco Market- Community Markets and she prides herself in making Natural Eco friendly soaps, we have collaborated to make this special product available to our customers.
You can find a full list of natural ingredients on the Breastmilk soap listing page, in the unlikely event irritation occurs please cease use immediately, this product is not recommended to be consumed. Supervision of children using this product is recommended. Any unused milk will be discarded of, 100ml of breastmilk is needed for this service.
Fun Collection Info
ResinFelt & Rose Fun collection (& keepsake) earrings have tiny backings to hold them in place on your lobes.
They may also have jump ring connections and other small resin pieces. Be mindful to keep your earrings safe & out of reach of children, as they may be a choking hazard.

Pre Order.
Once your item has been purchased your order will be created and delivered within 2-3 weeks, This does not include the standard shipping time of 7-10 days.
Each unique homeware is handcrafted and will have its own individuality and flair, no two items will be the same with colour placement or character. By placing your order you agree to your awareness of this- we know you will love your unique items!

When removing from your lobes or card please so so with care.

Be mindful not to expose ResinFelt & Rose items water, alcohols, heat or perfumes to improve longevity.

To clean your items gently wipe over with a damp cloth or polishing cloth to enhance shine.

Storage- Store your items in a safe dry place away from heat.
​
General wear and tear of key rings will occur while being attached to keys.
For longevity avoid leaving keys in a hot environment like a car.
​
Cured resin will become flexible when left in the heat, ruining items and bending them out of shape.
Avoiding sitting in the hot sun with your hair clips exposed is recommended.
​
All studs are created with Titanium backings- from my research I believe this metal to be the best product for sensitive ears/skin however if in the unlikely event irritation occurs please cease use and seek medical advice.
